WORKSHOPS

I am currently holding monthly women’s Soul Space groups. These are held in person and due to recent Covid 19 situation online access is also possible.

I offer regular workshops exploring a varied range of meditation and wellbeing methods so that people can experience what is most helpful to them, at different times in life. I am to support people to find what it is that inspires and nourishes their soulful living.

I am available to provide sessions in workplaces and on retreats etc.
